A Little About Coach Aguirre
I am a 1999 graduate from Sharyland High School in Mission, Texas. I attended The University of Texas Pan American in Edinburg, Texas. There I received a Bachelor’s of Science in both Biology and Math, with a minor in Chemistry. I am currently certified in Math, Science, and Special Education. I taught at Memorial High School in McAllen, Texas from 2006-2008. I worked in the area of Special Education as an Inclusion Support Teacher for Science and Math. During those two years, I also coached Freshman Football and JV Baseball. I moved to Austin in 2008 and came to McNeil High School, as an Inclusion Teacher working with At Risk Students in Math and Science. I married my wife, Nikki, in 2009 and we had our son Easton in January of 2010. I am currently teaching Algebra II and coaching Freshman Football and I am the Varsity Baseball First Assistant Coach. When I am not at work, I am at home spending time with my loving wife and son.
